CRW-70, NOW AN AUDIO MASTER TOO!
Yamaha is proud to announce the immediate availability of a free Audio Master upgrade for its popular CRW-70 compact CD-RW recorder. The CRW-70 now joins the CRW3200 in offering Yamaha’s exclusive Audio Master Quality Recording mode to quality-conscious owners.

Writing in Audio Master Quality Recording mode results in a drastic reduction in jitter upon playback—rivaling that of professionally prepared music CDs. Recordable discs are mastered by writing pits and lands corresponding to bits of data and music being stored. Yamaha’s innovative system widens these pits and lands, significantly enhancing the accuracy of the CD recording process. At present, Yamaha is the only CD-R/RW recorder manufacturer to offer anything like it.

The CRW-70’s built-in MP3 capabilities, along with specifications in line with those of Yamaha’s larger desktop models, have already made this portable unit a hit. Yamaha’s exclusive Audio Master Quality Recording mode widens the appeal of this trendy USB-equipped device.
